How do the panels arrive?

The Green Envee Artificial Green wall panels are shipped individually in boxes.

Do the panels come in larger sizes?

The panels are only available in 85cm by 85cm squares.

How do I install the panels?

Each panel comes with five hook and plug fixings, with a full installation guide. If you have any queries or concerns, please contact our customer care team for support.

Do you produce custom panel sizes?

We do not currently offer the panels in custom sizes; however, we have designed them to be easily cut and joined together seamlessly to fill any space required.

Can the panels be used in a bathroom or kitchen?

The panels will be absolutely fine in these areas!

Can the artificial green panels be used outside?

The Paris and Monaco artificial green panels are for interior use only, wheras the Milan and Rome styles can be used indoors and outdoors!

What do I do if I have plug sockets, windows or other items to install around?

You can easily install the panels around sockets, switches and windows! Should you need to cut any of the panels, simply flip the panel over, mark the metal backing frame, and use an angle grinder to cut the frame cleanly. If you need to remove any foliage, pliers will do this with ease.

On which surfaces can I install the panels?

You can mount the panels on all surfaces including brick, concrete and plasterboard. Refer to the installation guide for the recommended fixings for your planned installation surface.

Do the colours of the pictures look like the panels in real life?

While we make every effor to ensure we display our panel colours as accurately as possible, there may be a slight colour variation between the product online, and the product you receive. Factors such as individual monitor settings, lighting conditions, and screen variations can impact the colour you see online. Please get in touch if you would like to see the panels in-person, or have an image of them in our warehouse for comparison.

How can I hide the edges of the panel?

The foliage on the panel is designed to hide any edges that you may see of the metal frame.

Can I hide wires behind the panels?

You certainly can!

Do you deliver the panels?

We do, and we offer free delivery to mainland UK! If purchased with products from the Acupanel range, we can deliver these together.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused panels within seven days of receipt. Please contact our customer care team in the first instance, who can provide you with a quote for the return.
