Acupanel® Glow products are available in packs of one, two and four, in cool or warm tones, to suit your interior design needs. Optional remote sold separately. The free SmartLife app is available to download from all app stores, so you can control your LED strip lights from your smartphone.

Acupanel Glow FAQ

How do the lights arrive?

The Acupanel lights come pre-boxed, with all wiring you will need for setup.

Does the kit come with a remote?

The remote is sold separately, but is optional! The lights are compatible with the Smart Life App, which is free to download from the app store.

Why are my lights not switching on?

We recommend testing your LED lights before installing them. Please refer to our installation video for testing, or get in touch with our customer care team for further advice.

Do the lights come in longer lengths?

The lights are available in 240cm and 300cm lengths, and can be cut down to fit to size.

Are the lights dimmable?

Yes, the LED lights are dimmable!

Will the lights fit all your panels?

The LED lights are designed to fit the standard Acupanel Acoustic range only.

How do I install the lights?

We recommend using hook and loop strips to install the lights - please refer to our installation video and guide.

Can the lights be used in a bathroom or kitchen?

The lights will be okay as long as they are kept away from water and extreme heat sources.

Can the lights be used outside?

The lights are suitable for interior use only.

What do I do if I have plug sockets, windows or other items to install around?

You can cut down the lights to size - please refer to our installation video for additional guidance.

Do you deliver the lights?

We do! All delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused lights within 30 days after delivery.
