The WVH® Essential range wall panels are shipped in boxes - if more than one panel is ordered, we pack two panels to a box.
All of our panels are available in a 240cm x 60cm size.
We do not currently offer the panels in custom sizes; however, we have designed them to be easily cut if you need smaller. They also join together seamlessly if you need bigger.
Engineered wood veneer is a man-made veneer, created by layering thin slices of natural wood veneer into a block, and slicing it to create a new grain pattern. It offers a cost-effective, consistent and sustainabe finish compared to solid wood veneer. It's favored for its stability and consistency in appearance, and suitability for various interior applications such as furniture, cabinetry, and wall coverings.
If you are looking to obtain a class A sound absorption, then we recommend installing the panels with batons. However, if you would like to have them for decorative purposes while still providing some sound absorption, we recommend screwing the panels directly into the wall through the acoustic felt backing using Black or Grey screws, depending on your choice of backing.
You can mount the panels on any flush surfaces including brick, concrete, plasterboard, MDF and chipboard.
It is straightforward to adjust the panels to fit around any object. You can cut the slats widthways with a saw, and you can cut the felt lengthways with a sharp blade to then apply around any item you may have on your surface.
If installing with batons, then you can use mineral wool or other sound insulation material in-between the gaps which will increase the sound absorption properties even more.
The panels have been designed to have the edge exposed. When cutting through the slats they are black throughout so an edge will always look like the rest of the panels.

The WVH® Essential panel range is designed for interior use only.
These panels are not designed to be in areas of moisture so we do not recommend them in a kitchen or bathroom environment. If you require panels for these areas then we recommend our Acupanel range.
The panels use an engineered wood which means it is consistent in colour and grain but with an engineered veneer being made from natural wood, there is always the chance of a slight colour and variation.
We do, and we offer free delivery to mainland UK for the Essential panel range! You are also welcome to collect directly from our warehouse.
You can return unused Essential panels within 30 days after delivery.
