Acupanel® Glow products are available in packs of one, two and four, in warm tones and full RGB, to suit your interior design needs. Optional remote sold separately. The free SmartLife app is available to download from all app stores, so you can control your LED strip lights from your smartphone.

How do the wall panel lights arrive?

The Acupanel wall panel lights come pre-boxed, with all wiring you will need for setup.

Does the kit come with a remote?

The remote is sold separately, but is optional! The LED wall panel lights are compatible with the Smart Life App, which is free to download from the app store.

Why are my wall panel lights not switching on?

We recommend testing your LED wall panel lights before installing them. Please refer to our installation video for testing, or get in touch with our customer care team for further advice.

Do the LED wall panel lights come in longer lengths?

The lights are available in 240cm and 300cm lengths, and can be cut down to fit to size.

Are the wall panel lights dimmable?

Yes, the LED wall panel lights are dimmable!

Will the LED lights fit all your panels?

The LED wall panel lights are designed to fit the standard Acupanel Acoustic range only.

How do I install the LED lights for wall panels?

We recommend using hook and loop strips to install the lights - please refer to our installation video and guide.

Can the LED wall panel lights be used in a bathroom or kitchen?

The wall panel lights will be okay as long as they are kept away from water and extreme heat sources.

Can the wall panel lights be used outside?

The LED wall panel lights are suitable for interior use only.

What do I do if I have plug sockets, windows or other items to install around?

You can cut down the lights to size - please refer to our installation video for additional guidance.

Do you deliver the LED wall panel lights?

We do! All delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

You can return unused lights within 30 days after delivery.
