It has never been easier to add a real concrete surface with our peel and stick 4mm thick concrete rolls. Available in a range of colours, the self-adhesive concrete means you can create a concrete surface without the need for the lengthy and costly process of traditionally applying cement.
A Revolutionary Production Method
Utilising a revolutionary production method the concrete rolls are produced at a thin thickness making it flexible and then a strong self-adhesive backing is applied, making it the easiest real concrete product to install to your surface.
Concrete In A Whole New Light
Our state of the art peel and stick technology, combined with real stone veneer, offers the end user the ability to interpret concrete in a whole new light.
This innovative, easy to use product allows you to fully recreate the appearance and feel of the original surface material but with a lightweight concrete veneer.
Wall, Floor & Ceiling Application
Our concrete peel and stick sheets can be fitted easily onto any flat surface, be it walls, floors (it can complement underfloor heating) or ceilings.
The sheets have been created using real stone, and then a soft, warm, waterproof 3mm cushioning is applied, making them ideal for both wet and dry areas.
Where can I apply the concrete sheets?
The Wood Veneer Hubs concrete sheets are for closed, commonly used interiors and with the corresponding sealing also suitable for damp rooms. Please note - not in open or unheated stems, on patios, exteriors or/and similar areas. The panels are equally ideal for walls and floors if the surfaces have been prepared accordingly.
What do I need to check before installing?
As the product is hand-made: perceived colour differences are possible - Same as real stones. Therefore, please check the panels carefully before installation for any material damage or colour differences that you find unacceptable.
Each plate is unique and is characterised by its unmistakable Characteristic. There may, therefore, be fluctuations in the structure, colour, appearance and strength. The facts mentioned above are material-specific and inevitable and do not constitute any reason for complaint. Therefore, please make a pre-sort before installing! Deviations of 0.5 mm for sheet goods are possible. Please read the section on laying carefully.
How can I store the concrete sheets?
Storage is recommended in a dry area at ambient temperatures of min. 10 °C; long-term storage should be avoided.
Do I need to acclimatise the sheets before applying?
Before processing, the material should ideally be laid flat and acclimatised. Processing temperature: We recommend that the material is processed at temperatures over +18 oC. Minimum processing temperature +15 oC.
Tips: In cold conditions, it is possible to speed up your process by using a heat gun. Use on the lowest power mode and not longer than 10 seconds on the same spot as the surface can be damaged when exposed to a strong heat source for a long time.
What substrate can I use?
The substrates must be - gem. DIN 18365 point 3.1 to 3.4 if not - please check, treat and bring it to the standard. Every surface must - be crack-free, clean, even, tensile/compressive and permanently dry.
What is the residual moisture?
Moisture may be 2.0 CM% (heated 1.8 CM%) on cementitious substrates, 0.5 on calcium sulphate screeds Do not exceed CM% (heated 0.3 CM%). Wall surfaces must be smooth and dust-free. Q4 wall quality applies to wall surfaces. All surfaces with a smooth non-absorbent surface as (glass, fabric, PVC or similar materials etc.) must be clean and free of grease - the product can usually be applied without a primer. The substrate must be prepared in accordance with the applicable DIN standard. Please follow as advised.
