
Wood Veneer Description
Sourced from both Eastern USA and Canada, the wood is a creamy white with a reddish tinge, sometimes with a dark brown heart. The texture is even, fine and lustrous. Pith flex are sometimes present. Mainly sliced for its crown and quarter cut. In some logs a fiddle back figure is present but not the norm. When finished the figure is pronounced and sometimes looks like figure sycamore veneer.
