Installation & Downloads
Installing the Acupanel® Glow RGB LED Strips is simple. Firmly press the LED strip between the slats of your Acupanel®, ensuring you have already cut them to the correct length. For assistance in cutting the lights, setting up the app, or any other inquiries, please refer to the technical sheet below.

Frequently asked questions

Acupanel® Glow LED Light Strips are designed to fit between the slats of our Original Acupanel® range, including the Acoustic Slat Wood and Acoustic Slat Colour panels. They slot into the gaps and are held in place by the felt backing.

The LED lights can be installed in kitchens and bathrooms but must be kept away from direct water, heavy steam, and heat sources. They are not IP-rated for wet environments.

Yes. The LED strips are fully dimmable using the included controller or the free Smart Life app on your phone. You can also control brightness via Google Home or Amazon Alexa. The optional remote control is sold separately.

Yes. The LED strips have marked cutting points along their length. Cut with scissors at these marks to fit your exact panel height. Always disconnect from the power supply before cutting.

The Glow Flexible LED Light Strips produce a warm white tone (3000K). The Glow Beam offers three adjustable settings: warm white (2700K), natural white (4000K), and cool white (5700K), controlled via the app or remote.

The Acupanel® Glow LED strips are compatible with Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and most smart home systems via the free Smart Life app. Wi-Fi is required for app control and voice commands. The strips also work with the included manual controller without Wi-Fi.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on most orders. Delivery is typically 2 to 3 days from dispatch, and each product page shows its own dispatch time above the add to cart button. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands incurs a surcharge calculated at checkout. You are also welcome to collect from our warehouse in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.

You can return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the return. For full terms including sample returns, visit our returns page or contact our customer service team.

We photograph every product as accurately as possible. Because we use real wood and natural materials, subtle variations in grain pattern and tone occur between production batches. This is a characteristic of genuine wood, not a defect. We always recommend ordering a sample to confirm the colour and texture in your own lighting.

Yes. Samples are available across most product ranges so you can see and feel the real material before committing. Acoustic panel, wood veneer, and cork tile samples can all be ordered. Order as many as you need, and when you place your panel order we refund the cost of your samples. Check individual product pages for availability.
