Every Muratto product is designed and manufactured in Portugal, the world's largest cork producer.

Many cork ranges include measurable sound absorption. The Buzzer and Undertone ranges are designed specifically for noise reduction. Acoustic specifications are listed on each product's spec table where applicable.

Muratto products are made to order and ship from Portugal. Standard lead time is up to 4 weeks, extending to 8 weeks during the August summer shutdown. For urgent timelines, contact us before ordering.

Each product ships with specific acclimatisation and installation instructions. Tiles are typically installed using grab adhesive or Muratto's own mounting tape. The Clip 2 Fix system is available as an alternative mounting method.

Muratto products are made to order and non-returnable as standard. We strongly recommend ordering a sample box first to confirm finish and pattern before committing to the full order.

We offer free delivery to mainland UK on most orders. Delivery is typically 2 to 3 days from dispatch, and each product page shows its own dispatch time above the add to cart button. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands incurs a surcharge calculated at checkout. You are also welcome to collect from our warehouse in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.

We photograph every product as accurately as possible. Because we use real wood and natural materials, subtle variations in grain pattern and tone occur between production batches. This is a characteristic of genuine wood, not a defect. We always recommend ordering a sample to confirm the colour and texture in your own lighting.

Yes. Samples are available across most product ranges so you can see and feel the real material before committing. Acoustic panel, wood veneer, and cork tile samples can all be ordered. Order as many as you need, and when you place your panel order we refund the cost of your samples. Check individual product pages for availability.
