Installation & Downloads Specific acclimatisation and installation instructions are provided in the box from Muratto for each product. The tiles can be installed by using a glue or grab adhesive, as well as with Muratto's tape.

How do the Muratto panels arrive?
The Muratto tiles are shipped in boxes - if more than one box is ordered, the wall tiles are not consolidated into a single box.
Do the panels come in larger sizes?
Unfortunately the Muratto panels only come in set sizes.
How do I install the panels?
You can install these with ease using a construction glue or grab adhesive. Muratto's tape can also be used to quickly install these.
Do you produce custom panel sizes?
We do not currently offer the panels in custom sizes; however, they have been designed to seamlessly join together to cover a larger area.
Can the panels be used in a bathroom or kitchen?
The panels have a fire rating of b-s1, d0, so can be used near a heat source! They are also great to use near water sources.
Can the acoustic panels be used outside?
The Muratto range is designed for interior use only.
What do I do if I have plug sockets, windows or other items to install around?
It is straightforward to adjust the panels to fit around any object. You can cut the tiles with a saw, or a sharp Stanley knife to fit any area.
On which surfaces can I install the panels?
You can mount the panels on a variety of surfaces, ensuring it is flat, and free from damp.
How do I clean cork wall panels?
Cork wall panels have a protective layer that keeps away dirt, water, and oils. You don’t need any special products to clean cork wall coverings as they’re naturally resistant. Applying some watered-down dish soap on a cloth every few months will be all the maintenance these panels need!
How sustainable are the Muratto panels?
The cork used by Muratto is 100% sustainable sourced! We also have a range of panels available with FSC Certification. Please get in touch if you need any further information on the panels we offer with this certification.
Do you deliver the panels?
We do, with all delivery charged calculated at checkout! This will be delivered by TNT, direct from Muratto.
What is your return policy?
As standard, the Muratto tiles are non-returnable, as they are a made-to-order product. Please call our office if you are having issues with the product.
