The Muratto® Organic Design Blocks features award-winning designs, that complement any space. From geometric shapes to organic forms, there's a design for every space. Made from cork pieces combined with resin in a mould, these 100% sustainable tiles are the perfect addition to any space. With acoustic, thermal and fire-resistant properties, this range truly is the perfect wall covering for a commercial environment.

Much like the raw material cork, the Design Block Hexagon is a geometric shape inherent in nature, symbolizing communication, balance, and togetherness. This hexagonal design serves as an interface connecting each tile, fostering new interior shapes and culminating in a unique and harmonious result. Inspired by the natural harmony of geometric shapes, Hexagon seamlessly integrates into your space, creating an environment that resonates with balance and interconnected beauty.

Now available in a new finish: Cork Scraps! The Cork Scraps texture showcases virgin cork scraps on the surface, delivering a rustic yet sophisticated organic aesthetic. Installation & Downloads

Specific acclimatisation and installation instructions are provided in the box from Muratto for each product. The tiles can be installed by using a glue or grab adhesive, and the Green Collection can also be installed on hooks that are screwed into the wall instead.

How do the Muratto® cork wall tiles arrive?

The Muratto® tiles are shipped in boxes - if more than one box is ordered, the wall tiles are kept in their individual boxes, but may be consolidated into a single, larger box for shipping.

Do the cork wall tiles come in larger sizes?

The Muratto® cork wall tiles are available to purchase in pre-set box sizes. For size customisations and colours, please contact our sales team for a bespoke quote.

How do I install the cork wall tiles?

There are a range of ways to install these cork wall tiles! You can install them with ease using a construction glue or grab adhesive directly onto the wall. For the Green Collection, you can also use screws and hooks to mount the panels. The Muratto® Clip 2 Fix® installation kit is also recommended for installation, offering a flexible approach to fitting your cork wall display.

Do you produce custom cork wall tile sizes?

The Muratto® cork wall tiles has been designed to seamlessly join together to cover a larger area, and they are easy to cut down for smaller installations as needed. For additional size customisations and colours, please contact our sales team for a bespoke quote.

Can the panels be used in a bathroom or kitchen?

The Cork Bricks, Korkstone Organic Blocks, and Primecork colelctions all have a fire rating of b-s1, d0, so can be safely used near a heat source! Cork tiles are also great to use near water sources as it is naturally hydrophobic, meaning it repels water, but is not suitable for high humidity environments.

Can the cork wall tiles be used outside?

The Muratto® range is designed for interior use only.

What do I do if I have plug sockets, windows or other items to install around?

It is straightforward to adjust the cork tiles to fit around any object. You can cut the tiles with a sharp utility knife with ease. You can use a sharp, fine-tooth saw, but cut through the tiles slowly to avoid damaging the remaining cork granules.

On which surfaces can I install the cork tiles?

You can mount the cork tiles on a variety of surfaces! Ensure that the surface is flat, and free from moisture. Use our installation videos for additional advice, or call our customer care team for further support.

Are the cork wall tiles acoustic?

How do I clean cork wall tiles?

Cork wall tiles have a protective layer that keeps away dirt, water, and oils. You don’t need any special products to clean cork wall coverings as they have a natural resistance to water and to light stains. Lightly dusting the tiles with a soft, dry and lint-free cloth will suffice for regular maintenance. For removing stains and a larger build-up of grime, refer to our care and maintenance guide here.

How sustainable are the Muratto® products?

Muratto® are committed to using sustainably sourced and renewable materials. Their cork tiles are made of 100% sustainably-sourced cork, a rapidly-renewable, biodegradable material. Their collaboration with Nike Grind® to create the EVA Deco range, made of recycled EVA foam and cork, reflects their commitment to using sustainable materials, and utilising waste byproducts to create innovative products.

Do you deliver the cork wall tiles?

We do, with all delivery charged calculated at checkout. The shipment will come directly from Muratto® although a small selection of products and samples will be despatched from our UK warehouse.

What is your return policy?

As standard, the Muratto® tiles are non-returnable, as they are a made-to-order product. Please call our customer care team if you are having issues with the product, who will be more than happy to assist you.
