Elm Cluster Wood Veneer
Wood Veneer Description
Elm Cluster or Elm Burl veneer features warm tones – from light brown through orange-brown to rich reddish-brown – often with striking, irregular burl patterns (clusters of knots or “eyes”), and sometimes accented by darker or even greenish lines around the burl cores. The texture tends to be medium to coarse with a very decorative, figure-heavy appearance that immediately draws the eye.
This veneer is usually available in peeled or rotary cuts to best display the swirling, clustered grain of the burl. It finishes beautifully, bringing out depth, contrast and natural character. Because of its dramatic figuring, it’s excellent for accent pieces or focal surfaces.
Please note: Width measurements are taken from the middle of the sheet, and as with all natural veneers, there may be slight tapering above or below the stated measurement. Allow extra material, or contact us for precise dimensions.
